With over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, John brings a strong background in the planning, design and construction of large-scale mixed-use projects to the Port One Companies Development Team. As a licensed architect in over half of the United States, John’s ability to manage the project process from initial planning through project completion provides a unique perspective and critical insight contributing to the successful delivery of Port One Companies’ development deals. John’s collaborative spirit, strong technical knowledge, and his upstanding character supplement a level of leadership and teamwork that is paramount to the foundation of the Port One Companies team. Prior to joining Port One Companies, John helped to grow and lead one of the faster-growing architecture firms in the Boston area with a focus on the planning and entitlements phases of mixed-use multi-family and student housing projects.
